Wow, has this year flew by fast! O_o

Just yesterday I stood in the doorway of 2009 (read: January), fresh degree in hand, heading out to try and get into the workforces.
(Well, nothing has changed, really, since I'm still unemployed! )

But I'm looking forward to the holidays!
Christmas time is always my favourite time of year- I still feel like a little girl about it! I love the time with the family, since we're all pretty close regardless of our differences!

Looking really forward to the next few weeks- for one, my dad is coming back next Friday after four months in the United States, and I'm REALLY excited!

My awesome boyfriend ~psyclone is coming to visit just before Christmas (as is customary), which also coicidentally ties in with a friend of ours having her 21st the 19th.
Also, I'm planning to go to ~psyclone for New Year's (as usual), hoping to plan something decent this year!

Must say that this is the best thing about having it be summer over the holidays here- we can truly have the most epic New Year's and Christmas parties!

In other news: I have been booked for a wedding shoot at the end of January which I'm REALLY looking forward to- gonna be a BLAST! Hope this means more wedding shoots in the future!

Anyway, I'm REALLY lax these days with journal updates so.....
