Oh yeeeeeeeeeh...Sin City (and V For Vendetta) are my super fave Comic-to-movie...er...movies.

Kim and I saw Iron Man last Friday and I was very impressed and not let down at all...unlike some of the X-Men movies :/ I fear that my fanboyism has eaten me up and made me hate what they did in those movies. I'll give you 3 characters:

• Rogue - wtf.
• Lady Deathstrike - so wrong
• Gambit - where?!

I could go on a list spree about the others but those are the ones that make me cry

Winter ftw! Can't wait for it to get colder, this is THE season for drawing!

I'm not really a rogue fan, but HELL they messed her up! And yes, WHERE IS GAMBIT???? >.<
I love what they did with storm though,... i am storm fan...

I discovered recently that my psyclone character is kinda just like gambit... and that was really unintentional... >.<

Eish, I'm not so cool with Halle Berry...she didn't have that face for Storm...you know, that "chiseled, African queen of thunder that could frazzle you with a death stare" face? I liked the effects, just not the actress - they should have got Iman!

I've always dug Rogue, but I really liked the look they gave her in the latest comics (basically no poofy 80's hair)....that was awesome.
Gambit is slated for the Wolverine movie coming out (the guy who directed Tsotsi is directing this movie :/) but why after 3 X-men movies do they try slot him in this one?! Plus that ass from Black Eyed Peas has also wangled into this movie somehow.

Now that I think of it, the way they did Mystique's skin effect was cool too, but there as well they made her like a mute henchman who just does Magneto's bidding - she was very independent or so I've seen in the comic! They need to dump the whole Magneto being the big baddy and they need to bring in Apocalypse ...I will buy popcorn just for that!
